I was bored and decided to play DaO for a while.. I am logged in and try resume game "this saved game contains premium content bla blaa. owner of this contetn must be logged in" HELLoo I am logged in with Premium content account!. I Wonder why the hell i have to be logged in to play my game >_< What IF i wouldn't have 24/7 access to the internet. +n ANY excuse not to have internet? Why the heck ya decided to go this way with this ? Is this some EA's secret method to fight piracy by making actual game owners not be able to play the game with out network?

Please try this,
.- Open with notepad \\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\AddIns.xml
.- Search for all RequiresAuthorization="1"> and replace them with RequiresAuthorization="0">
.- Open with notepad \\My Documents\\BioWare\\Dragon Age\\Settings\\AddIns.xml
.- Search for all RequiresAuthorization="1"> and replace them with RequiresAuthorization="0">

Actually, I had this the first time i downloaded the DLC. Instead of hitting resume, i just went to load game, and selected the save game. It loaded with no further problems, and resume works since then...
