Hi, I'm at a bit of a loss at which forum to post this in, or even whether this post will appear at all since the site seems to constantly want me to relog.

I have, some 15-20 minutes ago, purchased Bioware points in order to get Lair of the Shadowbroker and a couple of other DLC packs.  Lair was added, after a bit of a performance having to log on again every time I clicked a link, and I then attempted to purchase the Aegis pack as well.

Instead of my purchase being processed as normal by the store I was taken to the main ME2 site, when I (finally, after again relogging every ten seconds) managed to get a look at my profile I find no DLC, but that the points have obligingly been deducted anyway.  The DLC is not shown in my registered promotions nor have I received a mail confirming the purchas.

I realise in the great scheme of things that we aren't talking about a massive fortune here but is it possible that someone could let me know how I go about actually getting what the money's been taken for?

*sighs* Please treat this issue as resolved, the points reappeared as mysteriously as they disappeared, and I have now managed to get my hands on my purchases. Apologies for any inconvenience, but seriously, this site is a nightmare

the topic didn't belong here anyways, more like the Points forum ^.^, as the Store here doesn't deal with Points or DLC

However, with the site reloading issue, unclick "remember me". Apparently, the site creators had a sense of humor when they made that button.
