Edit your post man you just blew an ending id have like to seen first hand & im doing that save now then ill do servay for 2 types.

Also what might be worth noting, at some point maybe during denerim final fight you can speak to morrigen & loose her as a lover & your end save will have her as freindly, im testing that save at moment.

You could probably work out better questions... for example...
1. Did you encounter the witch hunt bug of Morrigan not recognizing the DR?
2. Did you sleep with Morrigan?
3. Did you maintain a romantic relationship with Morrigan, at least until the final battle?
4. Did Morrigan give you a ring, and have you kept it in your inventory throughout Witch Hunt?
5. In a "love" relationship, did you talk with Morrigan about all relationship related dialogue?
6. If the DR took place, who did it?
7. If in a relationship, did you talk with Morrigan during the final battle?
8. Did you play after the Epilogue, and use that save to import eventually into Witch Hunt?

Console/PC have said they have the same bug/glitch. Sex/class/Origins...may have a role, but I think is more irrelevant. That's just what I think, and have figured out... but who knows.

Did you manually purge your My Documents/Bioware/Dragon Age/Packages/Core/Override folder?  I found the Simple FIxes mod caused this, and I had to delete it manually.

4) I have remained in the romance with Morrigan through the entire game, though I never got the epilogue in Awakening saying that I continued pursuing Morrigan.

5) I've held onto Morrigan's ring (knowing that it could have some effect on the DLC... which it did), and I believe I had it equiped at the time.

6) I imported a file from Golems of Amgarrak, but like I said, "I never got the epilogue in Awakening saying that I continued pursuing Morrigan," so it could possibly be a problem with my Origins's save file POST corrination; back at the camp. Origins (Camp - After Corrination Ceremony) > Awakening (Before Final Boss Fight) > Golems (Before Final Boss Fight) > Witch Hunt to sum things up.

For now Awakenings Warden imported from Origins

Will be using the post-coronation Warden before I started Awakenings to see if I get difference response and will report on that. All tests I am doing are with my female wardens who convinced Alistair to sleep with Morrigan on x-box. Only my PC version has male wardens.

You mean the pattern of people that used a post-epilogue save in Origins get the bug, and those who use the epilogue save itself, don't?
