I am trying to buy Bioware points using my credit card. But I get this error: "The card number is not unique for the given user"
That is just plain wrong. All the data I put in is correct, directly from my credit card sitting in front of me. If you want me to be able to purchase anything, you need to get this problem fixed.
This isn't the first time this happened to me, but it was several months ago and I don't remember how it was fixed. But this is really getting annoying, constantly running into this problem.

You should contact EA Customer Support at http://help.dragonage.com. This place is only a user to user assistance forum and not an EA/BioWare official support forum.

Ok, thanks. I was unable to find customer support from the home page, so this was the only place I could think of to go to.
