I'm playing LOTSB and Liara does *not* have stasis on her power bar. Why is this?
Stasis not showing up on Liara.

Did you asign her powers in the squad menu?

Yes, you'll have to assign a point into Stasis as I believe that is her "loyalty ability". The DLC puts 1 point into Singularity but leaves the rest empty.
