I might sounds stupid, but I am new to all this. The tutorial on the wiki does not explain how to make a character walk nomally. He just shift position smoothly, but does not move a limb.
How do I make the actor walk?

There are some animations that will move the character if you make sure that 'Play Gad' in the animation options is set to 'true'.
There are other animations that will give the walking animation but you must move the character via the use of physically moving the character in the cutscene and using keyframes.
Best bet is to follow the tutorial video DahliaLynn has posted, it should make things more clear.
