 I imported a PC from t
Origins to awakenings. Cailan'armor has no rune slots, although Evon and Felon do. The armor is tier 7 dragonbone.

It just depends on if Bioware programmed them to have slots or not, since armor did not have slots at all in Origins. Apparently they didn't reprogram Cailan's armor to have slots.

Calan's armor is supposed to have 3 rune slots. On previous play-throughs, this was always the case. My most recent PC imported into Awakening and Cailan's armor had no rune slots. Don't know exactly how I fixed it. Just did another import and somehow the rune slots were there. I think this was happening about the time that I was re-installing Witch Hunt. Don't know if that had any effect on the bug.

I wonder if you can vendor it and buy it back after a reload or something, see if that fixes it. Also fair warning, I tried to import a character more than once, worked fine the first time, kept crashing moments into the first level after that, may or may not happen to you.

Ah the missing runeslot bug. I've heard the way to fix it is to save your game, sell the armor, then save in a new slot (just in case something goes wrong) then reload that savedgame and you should have the slots when you buy it back.

Put it in the storage chest in the keep....come back later.Always works for me.
