You guys have GOT to be kidding...you have no option to pick AE as a state when trying to purchase bioware points.  Just the fifty states, that's it.  There are thousands of soldiers living all over the world, and 90% of us play games and would like to purchase things online.  It makes it impossible if you won't allow me to enter my actual billing address, because your form doesn't include the option.  It baffles me that Bioware would cut itself off from that much business.
