I havent got an email from illusive man regarding the mission and i've downloaded content 3 different times. What's up with that?

I had to restart my Xbox 360 and go back into the game before it sent the email to me. Hope this helps.

That doesn't work either, for some reason in my archieved messages i have five that are blank. I know some of these are weapons packs and i'm thinking one is shadow broker. Anyone else having this problem?

I also have the problem, but I don't have any blank messages. I finished the game and did every mission, every side mission, and went through all the dialog with my characters, but the message never comes.

Have you tried just going to Illium and talking to Liara?
Is Illium even open to you yet?
Try that, but make sure you recruit Samara and Thane BEFORE you do LotSB, because there have been bugs reported where if you don't, you can't recruit them.

Does the DLC work for the entire xbox if downloaded to one of the profiles? My sister bought and downloaded the Shadowbroker and has played through the game four times now and she never received the message.
