They haven't solved the problem for 6 month or more and there is no indication that they will. Apparently investing into fixing this problem is more trouble than enduring some nagging by fans whose DLC is broken by the DRM system. Political economy explains this: whatever the economic interests of a certain group of people are, their decision-making will reflect that.
As the hack inlcudes preventing ME2 from connecting to the Cerberus Network, the latter won't do a thing.
On a meta-level: it's always a bit funny to see people waiting and writing forum posts about "DLC can't be authorized" when fixing the problem yourself takes only a few minutes.
