When i completed dragon age i got the achievement to get the dark ritual ending, after denerim, when i went back to do some dlc; i got an achievement called "ultimate sacrifice" 'you made an ultimate sacrifice to save ferelden' or something. So is that why it glitched up witch hunt? because it thought i got a different ending?
