I registered game already, but the game disk got broken.(Don't ask) Is there anyway I can either d/l the game dvd or get a new disc without buying the game again?

How did you break it? That might affect whether or not you'll be able to get a new one.

Let's just say my 2yr old decided to hit the eject button on the computer dvd tray and used the shiny round disk as something to scoop her toys with.

but seriuosly u can try go to shop u bought it and try change it for new copy

or you can try ea customer support. you still have a valid registration. you should ask about their disc replacement program
