Thanks ejoslin and Addai67, I was going to be starting a new character soon anyway, maybe I'll try the Zev romance on her.

Actually, it makes ZERO impact on the relationship. There's no indication anywhere that trust is lost.
Edit: If you choose her, things just go on as before.
What I am also saying is if you fess up to Leliana about lying, and pick her, she'll forget you lied to her. Though you have to be careful with what you say to Morrigan after, because I got a Morrigan disapproves -70. no lie.
