I'm rocking a low 50's Adept, should I focus on bringing the biotic pain, the gun pain, or the tech pain?
Who should I take with me against ME 1's final boss?

Well, I always take Liara(because she's always my LI and she dreams about Ilos, also the Lift power is extremely useful in the final battle) and Garrus (Shepard's best friend IMO and a good combination of combat+tech, as Overload is a lot useful too).

So what works WORSE on Saren/?(dont wanna spoil) Should I focus more on hitting him with Warp, Sing, etc, or Tech attacks?

I think this is up to a mod to tell you, but this question might be better suited in the "Mass Effect 1 Official Campaign Quests and Storylines (Spoilers Warning)" thread.

I suggest you spam Lift, Overload, Damping and Sabotage on him xD
You are an Adept, so if you take Liara and Garrus, you could use her to spam Lift and him to use a lot of Sabotage on "the last boss", while you would use a lot of Damping. This way, "the last boss" would be basically unarmed.

I always find that Tali and Wrex make short work of him if I'm and Adept class or subclass otherwise I take Wrex and Liara as a Tech class or subclass. If I'm a straight soldier then I take Liara and Tali. If you work on Tali I'd strongly recommend getting her trained up on the shotgun. It may be too late for you however.

Biotics.
Basically Lift, Throw, Singularity. Anything that keeps him relatively still. Overload is useful, because it helps with his shield. Honestly though, the best is Mark X Spectre Assault rifle/Pistol and spamming Overkill/Marksman

Wrex and Liara always work out well for me. Lift is probably the most useful ability because it keeps him still long enough to shoot the hell out of him and drop his shields. It can be hard to shoot him while he's jumping around.

Lift and bastion stasis are the best lockdowns against the final boss. You can stop from shooting iirc with sabotage, damage his shields with overload, or shut down his special attacks with damping, but he'll still jump around like a frog on a hot plate unless you crowd control him.
So I think the easiest squad to win the final fight with would be your adept, Liara and Kaiden.

^ what they said. Kaidan and Liara are probably your best bets against Saren. Lift is especially effective.

Since you are an adept, all you need is someone who can strip shields with electronics. Bstion stasis will turn the Saren fight in to bad comedy.

I'd generally advise two biotics and a tech; Wrex+Kaiden or Garrus+Liara are two of the stronger teams for a biotic Shepard. The run up the Citadel is a dozen times faster with two Lift+Throw combos at your disposal, two alternating Lifts will lock down Saren near-totally (the odd Bastion Stasis or Throw is just icing on the cake), and a couple of Warps and a flurry of well-leveled tech mines are the best way to damage him through those absurd shields and keep him from sniping you if you mis-time a Lift. (This is also the one place in the game where proton rounds are genuinely great, if you still have any lying around).

anyone with lift or singularity. but honestly it doesn't matter that much.. he's easy to take out even on insanity. and adepts are so overpowered in me1 you should have no trouble. just switch off between lift and singularity.. my adept has assault rifle training so i just turn on the special assault rifle mode and unload on him while he's helplessly drifting through the air. i'm pretty sure this is a notoriously weak boss fight.. and btw i usually only wear heavy onyx IV armor (because i want the n7 logo and can rarely find anything higher than IV). oh and keep barrier active.. it's pretty much the best power
