im able to make npcs in teh tool set or creatures am i able to export them so i can play them in the campaign

the reason for this is because i want a certin base armour/ ie the ones that show when you take off all your armour
and im not able to pick in the hero creator


is their a code to change that in the consol ?

Look for Leto, a third-party plugin. It will allow you to edit the .bic files of characters.
