I can't get through the hallway leading to the dock in Ilium after I completed the Shadow Broker DLC. I was able to get through the Samara section, but now when I walk thrrough the corridor underneath Liara's office it crashes at the same spot 3/4s of the way down. I've tried re-installing the game and changing characters but it doesn't change. Has anyone got an idea of what to try?

I had rolled back my ATI drivers to Cat 10.5 because of stuttering in the cut scenes and it re-started the ATI High definition audio drivers. I disabled them and I was able to play through the problem section. Hope this helps someone else.

I've ran into the same problem; the game keeps crashing at that corridor since I finished Shadow Broker. I'm running NVIDIA graphics cards, though... can anyone help?

Same problem here. Halfway down the corridor, the game just freezes.

I've had it happen to me again after I had thought it fixed. The only way I could get through that corridor was to walk down it instead of running. It seems as though there is something in the audio stream loading at that spot that crashes the game for me. Good luck

Same thing here... after completing the Shadow Broker DLC, the game just freezes at the corridor... I'll try walking and see if it works.

I installed the DLC yesterday, went to Ilium, and it freezes every time I try to walk down that corridor. I have had one or two freezing issues to date but nothing reproducible; generally reloading solves things, but not this time. The game runs just about perfectly other than this. Any ideas?

The only way I seem to be able to get around it is by going to Liara's and talking to her about Thane and Samara and then the shadow broker. After she leaves I can complete the missions for Thane and Samara, but I still have to walk down the corridor. I'm not sure if this will work all the time but it's worth a shot. Also I had to re-load from my re-start Illium auto save. I now quick save at the corridor before I go in so I can re-try the walk if it crashes.

Disabling Dynamic Shadows from the graphics option seems to fix this for me. You can re-enable them once walk past the "line of doom".

Disabling Dynamic Shadows works as a repeatable work-around for me as well. Thanks PyroKL.
