I got a random charged from Mythic exactly 4 hours after purchasing Awakening with the same card...
Heres what shows up on my report...
PRE-AUTHORIZATION DEBIT AT MYTHIC ENTERTAINMENT, 703-934-0169, VA ON 090910 FROM CARD#: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
NO clue why I got this charge. I didn't purchase any DLC, the only thing I downloaded from DLC was items I had already purchased from when I originally bought the game, or came with the game when I bought it...
On top of that, where do they store my CC number so I can delete the informarion? Theres no reason they should still have it saved. I haven't played a Mythic pay-to-play game since DAoC...
Charged $16.04 to Card after buying Awakening.

You should be asking this question at "Mythic Entertainment"... not here.
This is why I seldom use credit cards to buy things on-line, and certainly not through "third parties". Its just offering opportunities to be robbed...

This copy of the game was not purchased online, i purchased it at a local retail store. 4 hours after buying the game (exacly) i was charged 16 to my CC from mythic.

I think the retail store would have a better idea than Bioware on why your card was charged. Try calling them?

I am not sure whether the new billing information says 'Mythic BioWare' (since merger) on cards or not, but this definitely is a call for the customer service that is reachable via mail. Maybe also a call for your credit card company if you want more information on it.
Like icehockey said, the BioWare Store supported by this forum doesn't deal with DLC and is operated by Treehouse - so that your credit card also usually says Treehouse when shopping there (read the stickied thread).
