tl;dr version:
-bought Digial Deluxe version online (gamestop's partnered 3rd party distributor)
-still have not received codes for bonus features
-Gamestop says code comes via email every Thursday (2 thursdays have passed and nothing yet)
-Trymedia (distributor) says codes come from masseffect.com
-Where do I get the code I have already payed for?

Alright, so I recently purchased the digital deluxe version of ME2 via Gamestop's digital distributor (name is Trymedia). On the gamestop website, it says the code to unlock the cerberus network and all the other stuff (armor/rifle, commentaries, and w/e else) comes via email every thursday. I purchased the game 8 days ago and still have not received the code to access the cerberus network or any of the other good stuff which comes with the Digital Deluxe copy of the game. Trymedia tech support claims I have to get the code from masseffect.com, but I see no such redemption for the code on the website. Am I an idiot who can't navigate the site, is gamestop's information wrong, or is Trymedia not delivering and giving me the run-around?

You only use the code on masseffect.com I'm pretty sure - you get it from wherever you purchased it. have you tried registering your copy of ME2 on the bioware site?

also, this would probably be better served in the PC issues/ troubleshooting forum.
