I'm sure there's a way to cheat it back, for some reason she didn't romance me in one of my recent games, but when it came to Throne of Bhall I cheated via the CLUA Console and she started her ToB talks. But I can't remember what it was I did. Try looking on the old Bioware Forums for something, there are archives full of information there.
