Try emailing EA again but first check your spam folder to make sure it didn't accidentally end up in there. I'm not sure what the response time from EA normally is so perhaps check that as well (there should be something on the website).

You can rename the email of an account. But I think when you like to rename Account1 to Account 2, you have to delete Account2 first.

And there is my problem: I have an old EA Account (3 years) where I bought 2 games online. I didn't remember the old EA Account and did a new one via my new PS3. And that is not enough. I also have ME1 registered on an Bioware Forums account. Don't ask me how but the old EA Account is linked with the Bioware Froum account. I would like to have my new EA Account as the only one and have the 2 games still there. Suggestion from EA. Rename the old one. - But what happens with my 3 Persona IDs from the new account (which I have to delete first)? - What information does a Person ID hold anyway?

And last. Why I see my two games in the download manager but not in the EA Account Manager? And why I don't see my ME1, ME1 - Bringing down the Sky registrion from Bioware Account here on social account?

That is so confusing even when you have only one EA Account and on Bioware Forum Account. Where are you gonna register your game? EA site, Social Bioware side, Bioware Forum side or EA Download Manger?

My Head is now rotating :-(

The other games haven't been added yet. As for the rest, I suspect several people have been going around in circles... the best option is still to contact EA though and describe exactly what you need to have done.

When you first sign up it gives you the option to "opt in to receive news letters". How opt in if you didn't upon signing up? Strange because I've never encountered a site that doesn't make that option easy through when ever you update your profile.

Does this "new" bioware forum not support registering other boiware games? That would be rather odd (but then so is having "new" and "old" bioware forums - isn't it all the same Bioware?)

You can merge accounts easily. Go to this forum run by an EA staff for help with merging or linking accounts.

The company's the same, it's the software that isn't. You must register pre-DA games on BioBoards.

Eventually, all the forums from the original website will be moved here, and registering previous games should be moved here as well.

I just got Dragon Age Origins, and used my code for the Stone Prisoner. The code works, but when I use the Blood dragon armor, the code is always in an error. Is Bioware going to be updating, or sending in a workable code for those who have the errors?

I have a question I had registered the DA:O but it shows that I'm only at level 1 but I had beaten the game like 3 or 4 times. It also shows that I have no achievements what so ever I'm not sure what i might have done wrong Can anyone help . I put in the code from that was on the back of the book. I don't know what else to do.

I went to register my copy of Dragon Age: Origins and it tells me that the number is invalid I am entering it without any spaces or hyphens.  I have tried retyping and doublechecking my numbers...anyone know a way around this problem? Or a link to where I can get help. I am having trouble finding anything.

Hi Chris,
Of course as expected and naturally im a great fan of both DA and ME and love your site. Just got into it the last couple of weeks and read the number of qualms, etc with the Lotsb DLC, ending with you rightly shutting its forum thread down, which unfortunately i've seen the somewhat over zealous statements continued on Facebook. Still though, taking into consideration fans occasional bloated sense of entitlement i can sympathise with the frustration over the minimal release of information on Lotsb, especially on a DLC many are very passionate about, specifically the story surrounding Liara.
I can imagine and agree with the variety of reasons release info has been kept quiet no doubt, but with so much frustration currently being exhibited by fans to the point of having to shut down the forum concerning the subject, due to rudeness, and the continued angst, though unfair, being thrown at Bioware on Facebook, would it be possible to make a definitive statement just as to the reason release info has been kept so minimal.
I genuinely admire Bioware (Hell, better than Square Enix now imo) and your job Chris (though dont envy it!), though please could you shed any light on this subject other than the request to remain patient (which i sympathise with a slightly rude member who stated that it has been over a month since lotsb was announced) or that nothing can be said as of yet. Understand please that the frustration of not knowing even why release details are kept is very frustrating, especially when your serving in Afghanistan and (sad as it sounds!) aiming to arrange RNR for its release, heh.
Regardless Chris, you and the rest at Bioware are amazing and apart from my beautiful girlfriend of course first and foremost, you guys and gals have given me something to look forward to when i get back with the amazing games your creating. Cheers!

Is there anywhere else I can get help? Here's my problem in case anyone here can help. I think I have two EA accounts, one of which I don't remember the password or email address. It also happens to be the one with my XBL Gamertag linked to it. What a dilemma, eh? I could use some help, even a link or something.

I bought a copy of mass effect 2 just registered it with bioware but there was no code for the cerebrerus Network in the box i looked the whole thing over and no code inside, the booket said the was soupposed to be a redeemable code for the Xbox 360. please could you send me a code for the cerebrerus Network you would have my thanks bioware.

When I left click on a link to either join a group, subscribe to a project, or vote in a poll, absolutely nothing happens! I tried right clicking the links to open them in a new window, and I just got an empty window. (This site also takes 3 - 5 minutes to normally load a page, even thought I have Fios internet and most other sites load almost instantly. Also, I can't get the links on the faq page to work either. ) tried using Internet explorer instead of Firefox, and that didn't help.

I'm running spybot search & destroy, as well as zonealarm extreme security. Any help would be appreciated!

update: I also tried sending a message to a moderator, as well as sending them a friend request, and nothing changed in the browser window, so apparently I can't send private messages or friend requests as well as not being able to subscribe to projects, vote in polls, and join groups. 

Please help!

Just in case. I've added a comment to the "Forum Changes" thread. I don't know yet whether this other older reference might become pertinent. If so, I'll edit this to be the primary, and the other to be the "Oops".   We have some information; although not enough yet.  (Edited a day later, now we do at least know the reason for the sudden change, but how will it affect things over the longer term?)
