Contact EA support to merge the accounts. Some data may be lost during this process, which should be recoverable by EA support.
It won't let me. They have this stupid automated menu system that won't let me e-mail anyone.

Is there a specific thread to read regarding DA2 profiles not updating? I remember there was this huge thread for DAO avatar and character profiles three years ago.
My DA2 profile hasn't updated since 1st July. I have manually saved several times since then while being logged in. None of the achievements since that day have been uploaded.
I'm also still missing a trophy/achievement from DAO that I got about a year ago or so. "The Ultimate Sacrifice. I brought it up back then but no one could shed some light on the problem.

I hope this is the right place to ask. if its not, i would appreciate being directed to the right place.
I'd like to delete my BSN account. however, I have a lot of DLC's registered to this account and although I've been told that they are available through my origin account? I haven't been able to find them anywhere. I'd rather not delete this account only to lose access to content I paid for, so basically I would love to know conclusively if its safe for me to do so. and if yes, DLC's are all available directly through origin, then where would I find them? (all but one bioware games that I own were purchased (or in case of SWTOR - pre-purchased) before origin was even released. some of them are on steam.)
