I downloaded Shadow broker and when i try to install its keep saying that i first need to install ME 2 but i got that just played anyone knows how to solve this

Do you have Polish/Hungarian/Czech version? If yes, then it is not official supported and you will have to modify your game a bit. There is a thread about it somewhere in this section.
