Most people in game who dealt with the collectors, assume the slaves, prisoners that the collectors tooks where to be used for genetic experiments. But i`m wondering if a certain number of those captured wheren`t just indoctrinated and quietly re-released on several worlds.

The Reapers are already massive killing machines and wouldn`t well placed saboteurs, media spin doctors, religous leader and political leader make more sence, too create chaos. They  haved countles  centuries to develop killing techniques so extra genetic information would be supportive at best.
