I bought a new laptop and reinstalled ME1, patch 1.02 and BDTS. Apparently I didn't save the install file for Pinnacle Station and all I can find on the ME1 site is the DLC purchase section. Does anyone know if there is a way to redownload DLC content you already purchased?

Update: I was lucky and found my old invoice e-mail and went to the eastore.com customer support page. I looked up previous orders and found the entry for Pinnacle Station. However it won't let me download it again with the EA Download Manager software. I tried to clear the cache file to see if that would let me redownload but it does nothing and I can't clear it from the Download Manager. The only option I have is a play button and that just starts the game without doing a new download. I even removed and reinstalled EADM and still had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.

Same here.

No option to redownload, just play.

Tried clearing the cache, and all that's done is make EADM want to redownload every OTHER thing but Pinny Station.

Just in case it helps, I moved from Win 7 32-bit to Win 7 64-bit, and reinstalled on the same machine with more RAM and a new graphics setup.

The game is installed to the same drive as before, but different drive letter.

Should have deleted the original install, but didn't. Pinny is the only thing that doesn't work so far.

Will try full uninstall\\reinstall and see if this helps at all.

I'll let you guys know.

Got it going.

Here's what I did, in exact order.

1. Exited EADM. (I had previously cleared the cache, restarted it to no effect. Clearing EADM's cache may be required, however.)
Check the system tray on your taskbar too. It doesn't just close.

2. Uninstalled ME from the windows control panel, when asked, only kept save games.

3. Restarted EADM. It finally had the green "start" icon that it should have had in the first place.

4. Clicked to start the download, just in case it wanted to disappear once I had installed the game.

5. Installed the game back where it had been. Same path as before, though I doubt that matters.

6. The download was finished, but I reinstalled BDtS first.

7. Installed Pinny from EADM's "install" button.

8. Happy ending :)

This is just my guess, but it looks as though you MUST uninstall ME before you re-install Pinny again. I think that it may be tied to the deauthorization that you get when an uninstall occurs.
That means that if you can't uninstall your old install for any reason, you must install ME, uninstall it (after installing EADM), then reinstall it.
Or it could have been an old file in the game's directory, but you wouldn't think this would mess up a "sophisticated" piece of software like EADM.

There is no deauthorization for steam version of the game, as it's sold without the DRM:) What's with the DLC then? Lost?:P
