I have the collector's edition. I've used the promo codes and the items appeared in the "download progress" window. I downloaded each item but they don't appear in he "Installed Content" section.
I haven't seen any of the items in the game.
I also notice that every time I quit the game and start it up again, the items are back in the "download progress" window and they are "ready to download". So I click 'download' andthe status goes to 100% complete, but they stilldon't appear in the installed content section. Same scenario every time.
Is this a known bug? Please someone help.
How do you install downloadable content?
