I started a new game as an adept with statsis and let me start by saying this was the buggiest playthrough of ME2 I have ever played... which was quite entertaining. I just finished the end mission and learned one hilarious truth... STASIS WORKS ON THE LAST BOSS LOL. Try it, you will laugh out loud I promise. Please don't patch this Bioware :)

Well considering that you can't harm anyone who is in stasis it isn't especially useful for the last boss. All stasis really does is give you a breather as one enemy is temporarily removed from the fight. Unless you want to kill Harbinger or some Collectors without interference, using stasis to hold the last boss doesn't really make sense.

Its not that its useful. Its what happens to the boss when you use it. You have to see it for yourself. I would screen shot it but I'm on the 360 :/

I guess that means that having the Geth on your side is good.  If you can stasis a Reaper but not a Geth Colossus... the Geth and going to wipe out the reapers.  Now all we need is an army of asari commandos, Turian kabals, Salarian STG biotics, Krogan Battlemasters, and N7 adepts all riding on the backs of Geth Colossi... that is how we will destroy the Reapers.

Nah, I recorded it after reading this because I had save nearby. Did not even think about using it on Terminator before

You know what it does?  If you use flycam during the TIM convo, you can see the Larva waiting offstage.  Stasis puts it into the same pose:

It's like it resets the Larva every time a stasis hits.

I read in the dev diary that they did several playthroughs with Stasis to see what enemies should be immune to it. How did they miss the final boss??? I would make that my top priority! :P

that's nice. I thought that it wouldn't work against reaper. but I found something else. heavy mech... you can make it totally useless. I tested it where you can destroy three heavy mechs in smuggle cargo mission.
