Interestingly, I am unable to get this DLC started. It is fully purchased and installed (playing on the 360) and I am loaded up into a game. The game has the primary storyline completed, just in case that matters. I am not receiving an e-mail, I am not being summoned to speak with the Illusive Man, and I have no problems traveling to whatever planet I want. I even went to Illium and spoke with Liara to see if that would get the ball rolling - it did not.
So, what is it I am doing wrong?

Two things I can think of:
1. Were you playing the game when you downloaded the DLC? You'll have to reboot the game.
2. Did you do Liara's sidequests already?

Yes and yes! Ahhh. Bizarre that the game would have to be restarted, but I guess it makes sense enough. I decided to just go play RDR for now, but I'll hope for the best tomorrow. Thanks Pacifien

I felt like an idiot too.
Now that I am done with this DLC I have to say... good lord ME2 is still the best game of 2010. I thought RDR took the spot in my mind, but I laughed, cried, raged out (as a reaction to the story), and got multiple adrenaline rushes. My lady Shepard was quite glad to have Liara back in her life *^^*
Thank you Bioware for continuing what is easily the greatest videogame tale ever told.
