I am a rogue and have no interest in having Zehvran fight with me, but I am very interested in the Assassin specialization that he offers.

So, I have some questions:

When/where do I get him?  I'm in orzammar doing my first major part of the main quest.

Do I need affection(?) points to make him teach me the spec?

If so, how many points (appx) do I need to make him do so?

What are his favorite kind of gifts (so I can stock up and dump them on him as soon as I find him)?

You get him after you complete a major part of the game I believe. You finish, go to travel and there's a cut a scene, the evil guys plot and introduce: Tada, Puss in Boots..er.. ya. and dark plans done the scene ends and pretty much the next location you travel to he jumps you.



You need to get him to like you, yes to learn the spec. It's not hard, you can either chat him up, or wait for gifts that he likes.



I believe it's around 30,



He likes simple fine things, Gold/Silver bars, and leather.
