This forum is for posting any problems you may be experiencing while trying to play Mass Effect 2 on your XBox 360, from problems with getting DLC to run properly to glitches while playing the game itself.

Please keep in the mind that Bioware staff will try to address your issues, but that much of your issues will normally be addressed by your fellow forumites. This is especially true for older issues that might have already been addressed in the past. If no one is responding to your problem, I recommend using a search engine like Google to see if someone has had a similar problem in the past and a solution has been found.
