It definitely should. The gray box thing was kind of a big deal. It should effect which races will/will not work with the alliance in ME3. That's if you didn't destroy it for some reason.

I love the Kasumi DLC, but after playing the loyalty mission with a femshep and seeing her get a sexy new dress, I was all excited and thought there might be something comparable for manshep, so I created a male character especially for it. Instead I saw a recoloring of the Cerberus outfit. 
What a let down. Seeing as he already has an outfit nearly identical to what he is wearing to the party, his griping about the outfit doesn't even make sense.
Its not even that I was hoping for a sexy outfit for manshep, as the concept of a male actually being sexy doesn't even seem to exist in the Mass Effect universe (I hope that changes in part 3, I really do), but I was hoping at LEAST for a nifty new looking outfit he could go dancing in or something.
Doctor Evil in Black did NOT please me. I have no idea WHY Kasumi acted like he "looked great" and "should wear this stuff more often". He already dresses that way on the darn ship.

I actually like his outfit. But it doesn't look alll that classy, it just looks like slightly more dressed up that usual.
FemShep's dress is awesome, though. I want one IRL.

I just don't feel like they tried at all with Manshep, I mean its merely a recolor of the cerberus casual outfit he can choose to wear while on the Normandy. Of course I suppose it just fits with the rest of the game, I guess. Males in this series have absolutely no fashion sense whatsoever. Their clothes seem to be awful and dull as a rule. There are definately no metrosexuals in Citadel Space or outside of it.

Although there are a few who look fairly classy. Thane's coat comes to mind.

True enough, though I do admit to liking FemShep's new dress.
But yeah, I really hope that by the time ME3 comes around, a serious fashion explosion has happened in the series. lol
And the dudes need to not shy away from showing off a little skin, really. I would love to see a male outfit similar to Jack's. I do like Thane's outfit. I would love to see how it wore on a human male.
