My copy of the game appears to have glitched with regards to achievements.
I have almost every achievement in the game but 3 of them refuse to unlock despite my having completed the necessary criteria.
For
example, I already have the achievement:
Silver Tongued - Succeeded at
25 difficult Persuasion attempts
but yet the achievement:
Persuasive -
Succeeded at five difficult Persuasion attempts; has not unlocked yet.

The achievements that should have unlocked but haven't are:

Blight-Queller
Killed 1000 darkspawn

Tinkerer
Crafted an item

Persuasive
Succeeded at five difficult Persuasion attempts

These should be easy achievements, ive done everything ive supposed to have done. Can this be fixed?

I was wondering the same thing. I've carried the same character through DAO, Awakenings, GoA, and Witch Hunt and murdered over 1400 darkspawn but don't have Master Warden or Blight Queller.

if you want Blight Queller, you should make a save right before the final battle and play it three to four times. after a while you'll get it. that's what I did
