The list of my registered game promotions shows this, any idea what it could be? Originally it was just a black entry without an icon, now it has a DA icon and tis description:
UNRECOGNIZED ITEM
An unknown promotional item has been found. Urecognized items will still be available and recognized by the system and game they are intended for.

sounds like the info URL for the addin timed out. you can manually go into the addin.xml and see which module filename is associated with the item, remove the folder and then start the game up. The game should see it is missing and try to reload it from the server. I recommend that you move the folder out of the addin folder instead of delete- JIC.
