When I bought the game I got the code for The Stone Prisoner to redeem. Now, it doesn't show up in the game. I'm logged on with the same account I redeemed the code on (I only have 1 account anyway). It keeps saying Unauthorized and that I should log in with the account it's on. Yet the Blood Dragon armor works perfectly fine and is redeemed on this account aswell...

Also, where can I find the rings I got for uploading a character from the tool and where can I find the rings that I got with the pre-order?

When I look at my redeemed promotions code I can see the 3 rings and The Stone Prisoner, I hope someone can help me.

I have the PC edition and did not update it with 1.1 patch yet

How long of a time before you redeemed the code vs trying to download the mod? It took quite a few minutes for mine to catch up and figure out i had redeemed it properly.

Same problem here. Until last night (CET, early evening American time) the DLC worked. Now I can't even play the game because to load the saved game the DLC has to be authorized online every time. Seems to be another server problem.
Honestly, you guys at EA/Bioware overdid it again with this DRM-nonesense. I mean, verifying the content is authorized when you install it is OK, but having to verify it every time you want to play the bloody game, making it impossible to play whenever the servers or the connection are down? That's plain stupid, especially for a single player game!

It's been a week ago since I redeemed it and downloaded it...it was the same day it was released even and it never worked in the mean time

Also there is no sign of any of the rings, not in the DLC area or whatever, I don't know where they are supposed to show up

Would the same happen for Warden's Keep if I were to buy it? I'm planning on buying it, but if I get this aswell it's not worth my money..

4 me the armour is not shown up in the available downloads just the stone guy. I redeemed it 24 hours ago.

mine stuck at the download screen it just says downloading but does not download ive tried it witht he firewall off too... most be a serve side problem fix your serve please or let us download contentoff a website

I redeemed both codes included in the game box but non of them are showing up anywhere. the only place i can see them are on the your registered game promotion part of this page....? made a ticket too, but no reply. (sigh)...........

Yes, it's odd. I bought the PC CE on day one, loaded all my DLC, and played fine. restarting the game and attempting to load I was told I had to log in to play a game with saved DLC. I was logged in. logging out, I could load fine.
My CE and Stone prisoner as well as feral wolf charm and memory ring are now showing as unautorized. Funny. Bought it brand new, registered... what's unauthorized about this?
