Not that I know of. The closest thing to it is the % of planets scanned it shows you for systems and clusters, which can help you keep track of whether you've found any secondary missions that might be there.
If you want to make sure you 100% the game and don't miss anything, just use those scan percentages and your journal to scan all the planets and do everything in your journal. If you want a progress bar, though, I don't think there's anything like that.
