I finished Mass Effect 2 but upon repeat playthrough am not getting the mineral and exp bonus 

Update--checked my achievements, and I think I see the problem.  My achievements are no longer there, despite the fact that in the journal I've completedall major assignments, up to and including the new shadow broker dlc.  Anyone else heard of this?
