Are there any characters you were forced to kill and you absouletely hated doing it? Personally I did not want to kill Jentha (The Blue Sun Merc in Omega when you rescue Garrus) becuase I actually kinda liked her and she had there awesome hair style.

Nassana dantius, my shepard was friendly with her after doing heir dirty work on ME1, i didn´t want to kill her. Also, as a sidedead, Okeer, i really liked that character, i felt very sorry when he died and i was stuck with Grunt, which i like less but have grown on me over time.

Enyala, Wasea, Vasir and Hock off the top of my head. I'd have liked it if Dantius had lived too, she might have been twisted, but she was hard as nails.
