That Eclipse merc who was standing in front of the window, sure I didn't have to kill him but after my first play through I haven't been able to go that scene without pushing him through the window.
I regret Vasir, if there was a chance for betrayal I would love it would be to kill Liara and have Vasir on my squad.

If I really had to pick someone it would be the Salarian Eclipse merc on Illium.
How can anyone want to put a bullet in his head after seeing that expression?
You can avoid this by getting the maintenance area pass from Dr. Cohen, and choosing that route, to get to the Hot Labs. (you just need to make the cure for him first)

Correct me if I'm wrong but the police investigator eventually arrests her after you have completed Samara's recruitment mission. It's not likely we'll see her again, even if you let her live.
