Characters you hated having to kill

1. The preaching Hanar.
2. The lady and her brother and law having a screaming match about whether to give her kid a flu shot.
3. Turian Councellor (While leaving the others alone, they were fine)
4. Lorik Qu'inn. It's fly in the LOTION!
5. Guy in line to Afterlife whining to the Elcor bouncer.
6. The cast of Francis Kitt's production of Hamlet...
Hrm... I'm going to need more heat sinks.

Huh? lol....Maybe I didnt understand all of that...And would like some clarification before I make any assumptionsChristmas Ape wrote...
The pure Paragon saved-the-galaxy-with-a-smile Shepard whose story was far more poignant if she never made it out of the suicide mission. I'm looking forward to her universe in ME3.
- I created a Shepard whose decisions were entirely on the paragon side, always. Second, third, and fourth chances all around. Valued everybody.
- I engineered her suicide mission outcome to result in the minimum number of deaths that could still kill Shepard.
- I did it for the story; Shepard as a good, cheerful, savior of humanity who gives her life to stop the Collectors. She's bought them all two free chances at survival - now it's up to everyone.
Ok well, you realize that this character will NOT be able to be imported in anyway to ME3 then right? If Shepard dies in ME2 that's it....You have to start a "default" Shepard in ME3. So purposely killing him/her in ME2 is kinda pointless because BioWare has already stated that if Shep dies it does NOT carry over to ME3. Hell, it even says it in the splash screens if you pay attention heh.
Edit: What Im saying is this: Killing off your Shepard was for no other reason other than your own personal RP purposes because in ME3 you can only import data from a Shepard that survived the Suicide Mission. Meaning all that work you did to kill him/her for "story" purposes, was pointless because you will be starting a "Default" Shepard in ME3. And by "default" I mean it will be treated as though you are starting the game fresh, from scratch, w/o your ME1 and ME2 decisions carrying over.

I think more people need to cannon die in ME3, No one dying on a suicide mission was pretty lame to me
I love Virimire because of that
Agreed.
I loved Virmire because it actually presents you with a tough choice, assuming you like both characters. I think we need more of that in ME3 and the squad SHOULD NOT be able to make it through completely unscathed. In fact I think more than one squadmember should die. (and possibly, Shepard)
Anyway, getting back on topic...
The only chracter I regretted killing so far was Jentha. She seemed ok, for a merc. I'd include Kaiden as well except I don't believe Shepard actually killed him. The Geth did. Being unable to save someone isn't the same as killing them.

My only regret with the Ashley/Kaidan decision was not being able to leave them both. Because neither of them know what style is.
Grant it, if it were a real life situation it what suck major having to leave anyone to die, even the annoying ones.

I guess I feel a bit bad about Vasir because by all accounts she was a very good Spectre. But she should have known better then the go against Shepard.

At least her death wasn't in vain, in the new Spectre manual it has the following advice: If you are on the opposite side of an issue as Shepard, beg for mercy.... boot licking is optional but recommended for survival.Bruddajakka wrote...
I don't think I've ever killed anyone who didn't deserve it, or committed death by stupid by attack Shepard.

If my memory isn't betraying me, I read somewhere that there was originally something you could say/do to prevent Thane from killing Nassana during his first appearance scene. This was subsequently changed to the current version of that cutscene.Midey77 wrote...
Wasea, Nassana, Enyala, Jentha, Roe, Heck
Also, I see that a lot of you have mentioned Kaidan/Ashley. Well, actually, we didn't kill Kaidan/Ashley; we sacrificed them. Big difference. But I see where you're all coming from regardless.
I think Jentha is clearly the winner by this point.

I can't see why; she's an evil b****.
Someone keeping your boss from making money is not justification for murder.
But I guess if we put a unique hairstyle on a vorcha, it would become popular too.
I didn't kill him, but I wanted to save Okeer. His methods were extreme but he is an extremely rare commodity - a smart Krogan, and one that cares about his people's fate to boot.
I'm glad Lilith died; both of my Paragon sheps had crushes on Kaidan, and she was getting way too close.

The leader of the colonists on Feros(I didn't kill him, but I wish I could have helped him by knocking him out until the Thorian's dead.)
Someone I'd hate to kill myself...not really.

There is a Marine Corps rule that was put in us in boot camp.
" Don't point your weapon at anything you don't intend to shoot"
So they screwed up when they did just that and if you didn't react --- they would be on their own galactic vacations right now saying --- " I'm glad I got him first --- better him/her than me... more wine please!"

Other then that, anyone else who I "put down" totally deserved it and I have no regrets whatsoever. Some mention this Jentha - I personally made sure that it was me who shot additional hole into her head and I enjoyed it. Pointless little follower, trying to suck up to her boss, wanting to kill someone only because her boss called her names because their organization wasn't able to deal with that person? Bootlicker. Well, not anymore, worm food now, ha. Other then that, those whom I thought to be useful in some way I didn't kill. Couple I may have left alive just to show to them that they're little people and I can do with them what I want - let them live when I want it, or kill them when I want it and their efforts or wishes mean nothing in this matter.

Tela Vasir... well, except for the Shadowbroker himself, the only worthy and entertaining "boss-mob" in the entire game. Definitely one of the highlights of ME-2
Kelly Preston.... killed her by being a far too thorough SO'B on my first playthrough... she made a good smoothie, though *evil* .... while she is uncomfortably optimistic and obviously on medications, her fate upon "delayed rescue" was a bit harsh....
As for Kaidan/Ashley... I never even flinched about that particular choice in ME-1. Someone had to "stay behind", and to be honest, I was happy I could pick Kaidan for that. Sorry Kaidan-fans, he is/was quite the douchebag and fittingly became part of Virmire's cloudscapes
