My problem is the opening scene when you first wake up is stuck on a continuous loop.  The guy runs in, talks to me, grab my gear, and I can't leave.  The same conversation repeats itself.  

Nothing I have read works so far.  I have set the affinity to a single core CPU, applied an unofficial fix, and the problem won't go away.  Some people swear up and down they have no issues.  Any ideas?

Never mind, using the console cheat to warp to the other side works. Game runs fine now.
