So bangin Morrigan and lettin her get away with that demonic archdemon child what ever, is this a good choice to make?, i know it saves you but this playthrough im playing as a "very very good heroic choices", is it evil to bang her over night or shall i go for the Ultimate sacrifice end?

There is no easy answer.
You don't know what Morrigan will do with the child. You don't know what the child will be capable of. You don't really know *anything* of what will happen, other than Morrigan's word that it will save the life of the person who kills the archdemon.
It all comes down to how far you trust Morrigan, and if you're willing to risk bringing an unknown power into the world that *she* intends to raise for purposes she doesn't want to reveal.
Other than staying alive, you don't know whether the outcome of the ritual and Morrigan's plans for the child will come to good, evil, or nothing. Either choice will have repercussions in the long run, but we won't know what they are until Bioware tells us.
