I can actually respect that in a way.  However, I still dont agree with you and until a Dev or someone of equal pull comes in and says that you guys are right, Im going to believe that you're wrong so *shrugs* the whole point of this is kind of moot now.

And you'd unfortunately have to in order to sum it up lol.  The lesson learned here is this: When you see someone post something that directly contradicts whats in the game ex: "Asari cant reproduce with anything other than Asari" (was the basic statement that started all this) it's best to just ignore it and pretend it never happened otherwise you get a bunch of left wing extremists who believe they are right and everyone else is wrong lol.  The End.

Yeah, I don't get it.  Liara says its "conventional wisdom".  Three separate people in ME2 tell you it doesn't happen, period.  The Codex flatly states that they're parthenogentic and that all the genes come from the mother.  But, somehow, I've missed something.

Maybe you two should post in game evidence in this thread like tazmission did? Believe it or not mass effect does not go by what wikipedia says, it is not real life. The asari are not some retarded asexual lizard, it is a fictional universe, so parthenogenesis does not work in the exact way in mass effect that it does in retarded lizards.

What the hell?  Of couse Liara can have a child. I never said she couldn't.  I said no other species contributes any genes to an asari child.  Read for comprehension.

Try reading the topic completely: I did post evidence from the game. Like, from the Codex and everything, man.   The lizard thing is just an interesting real-life parallel to asari reproduction.  I didn't say the asari were lizards.
