I found the first three items by disturbing the tombstones, however, I cannot find the final (fourth) item to complete the quest to locate the Magi stuff (the quest is to find four things). Any ideas? I don't see four tombstones -- only three -- so perhaps it is something else I should be looking for.
Where is the fourth (4th) Taverim Magi item in the Bracelian Forrest?

It's inside the ruins.
You have to do a small puzzle involving a water jug to open the door into a room with a sarcophagus on top of a platform.
To solve the puzzle: Examine the small pool of water. Pick up the jug from the pool. Fill it with water. Take the jug to the altar left of the sealed door. Place the jug on the altar. Pray at the altar. Take a SINGLE SIP from the jug. Remove the jug from the altar. Dump the rest of the water from the jug back into the pool.
That unlocks the door. You will need to fight a few shades, and then you will find the last piece of armor in the sarcophagus.

Hmmm. I previously did the water jug and killed the shades. I went back yesterday and the jug is sitting there on top of the alter and empty (I think because I did it already). My recollection is that there is a door inside the ruins that is locked and I don't have the key, and my warden coercion is not yet high enough, and I have not used any rogues and I'm almost done with everything except for the final onslaught -- so I am going to have difficulty beefing up my coercion capabilities or using rogues with beefed up abilities because there are not enough experience points still available to be earned prior to the final onslaught. Are you sure the door should open up automatically once you drink the water and fight the shades? Perhaps you had something else like a rogue or high coercion? Is there more than one locked door inside the ruins, or are we thinking of the same place.

We are thinking of the same place. As soon as you do the ritual (if you've done it right), the door opens up. After the shades are dead you should find the plate in the sarcophagus.

Oh -- I drank everything and said the heck with praying, and I killed the shades -- so I may be screwed.

Try the ritual again. See what happens.
By the way, its Tevinter, not Taverim.

I'll try again tonight and see if there is a way to remove the empty jar from the alter and fill it up again -- it's sitting up there and empty because I drank it all -- and I'm not sure there are other options available -- pray, leave some money, do the hokey pokey and turn myself around, etc. I'll report back tonight or tomorrow regarding the results. Your help is greatly appreciated !!!

Yep -- it worked -- the door is open !!!! So killing the shades earlier after drinking all the water didn't ruin it after all. I'm on my way into the room to get my fourth thing-a-ma-jig . . . Thank you so very much !!!!!

No problem. The armor totally gives you that "Knight in Shining Armor" feel. It looks bad-ass on Sten too.
