Depends on if you're going in Origins or Awakening.

The Rogue and Warrior are different that the Rogue builds most of there damage off of Auto-Attack and Backstabs, while the Warrior relies more on Abilities to get the job done. As such, you need to get all the Dexterity you need to get the Mastery Ability, which is 36 if I recall. From there you work on Strength and Willpower. I'd aim for around 20-25 Willpower to make sure you have the Stamina to use your moves without running dry, and even then you'll probably need a Mage of some sort to buff your Stamina Regeneration as you go. After that I'd suggest just dumping it all into Strength so you hit that much harder, get Momentum if you don't have a Mage with Haste, etc, etc.

In Awakening it changes as you need more Dexterity for your skills, I think the best ones take... 50 Dexterity? Not 100% sure though, and then from there dump everything into Strength, you can even ignore Willpower if you grab Clarity if you choose too, and then always carry around 2 Powerful Weapons, unlike the Rogue, you're not restricted to just Daggers, but because you focus on Strength, Daggers aren't as good for you and Swords/Axes/Maces just do much more damage.

That's my look on it anyways.
