hello guys i got a classmate that had tried a dlc on his external harddisk (were he also installed me2)
but he told me he got the unable to autharize listed dlc thing(he solved it by make more room on his c disk and put it on there) now my friend want to get a dlc to but he also use the external harddisk to play games from becuse his hardrive of the pc is to full, so my question is getting a dlc usefull if u have ur game on a external harddisk or does it simply wont work on a external harddisk?

If it will install, I don't know why it wouldn't authorize. First I've heard of an external HD being a problem.



As long as it's consistently assigned the same drive letter when you plug it in, I don't think it should be an issue, but I'm not speaking from personal experience.

ah i see but yeah its both mass effect so i hope it wont causes to much trouble =-P



i think i already know the problem my friend told me he doesnt install much windows xp upgrades so maby he need to install some xp upgrades to make it work, becuse i tested my mass effect 2 on my external hard disk and that worked.so maby a few windows xp updates will do the trick i dont know but when i go to him again i will try it X-P
