For the love of god i cant get this fight done....i have looked at utube videos and the fight looks so easy but it is on the 360 and there is barely any werewolved around to mess things up.

I wonder if the pc version has more werewolves in the fight than on the 360?...

Anyway i would appreciate any tips....the fight is a mess for me...my team does not work in tandem with me..i basically have to baby step them all the time...they attack the wrong npc's first....etc etc etc

just want to smash my mouse right now....the other fights in origins were a joke compared to this one....

please any help....

I finally figured it out after almost a day of going at it....almost drove me insane....

I had to go to Leliana first and then kinda counter-clockwise to where the other npc's fighting you are....

And this time i restarted form scratch, played everything again, but in the end, my companions somehow fought better and more intelligently than my previous run thru....

i finished but lost my ogre achievment but the hell with it...i have done it and dealt with it.!

The AI of the Darkspawn allies in combination with the collision detection makes babies cry. You have to baby walk your ogre right up to who you want it to attack or the AI will see a non-controlled ally in the way and go and do something else.

I found if I recruited the Shreik right away it could almost solo Morrigan, Leliana dies fast enough, I tried to keep the Ogre on Alistair (absolutely r-tarded AI on the Ogre in regards to pathfinding). The Dragon health dies awfully fast though.

I found it quite obnoxious that the game loading screen reminds you to use Herbalism to make potions, except for the fact you don't have any skill points to put into the skill in the first place.

4/10 Gimmicky, not play tested very much. Don't think I'll play it again.

I can't even finish it. Also, good God. How fast the archdemon's health falls--it might as well be level 1.

Hurlock Emissary can use it.

I had trouble with that fight as well...took a Ton of re-tries but I finally got it done.

I think it was designed to be hard. I found that success came with choosing the right type of Darkspawn to control...did really well with an Ogre, an Emissary, and a Shrieker.

Took me a while to get used to the idea that the Darkspawn that you're playing is desinged a bit more to lead the assault than dive right into the thick of it (which is were I always seem to place my Characters)

It was, from beginning to end a pretty tough DLC to play.

I did it on the first try, but I used all my mana potions and about 3/4s of the health ones. I went Morrigan > Leliana > Barkspawn > Alistair. Only switched to the Ogre so he drank pots from time to time and to the Emissary to heal when it didn't do it himself.
