As I started and played it was flawless...load times were pretty quick and all conversations without a hitch.

now that I'm almost to end as it's approaced the game's taking longer to load..there are pauses when a convo ends of several seconds...and now that I'm going after the arch-demon the game is crashing quite often...

again as I played i fought waves of enemies..etc etc..no crashes..now it's crashing quite often.

any known cause or fix for this?  was there a patch? (I have steam version) that may have caused these issues?

It's just weird as I got farther and farther into the game it's become more and more unstable...a remedy would be nice...

no it's not a steam issue- i myself had this issue.

i had to reinstall a couple of times- just backup your characters first

I had installed the patch which seems to cause this.

Unfortunately steam installs it on it's own.

look for other steam threads on this forum,

you should find a way to fix this for steam installs.

Other steam users have fixed this.
