I'm a big BioWare Fan. I've played all the games and I studied at the U of A in Edmonton where I met some of the lead developers in the company. BioWare Social Network is so broken. It's almost as if it were an afterthought and was rushed to be ready in time for launch. I think PeopleSoft is being used or something 'cause this looks horrible, not user friendly and just doesn't work half the time. Right now I'm trying to download the toolset for creating content and I can't because BioWare Social Network doesn't recognize my game as registered and I can't download the tools without a registered game. I first ran into problems with this site when I tried to redeem my Deluxe Digital Download content and now this. Very disappointing.

Did the registration go through but the game isn't showing as registered, or did you have an error when trying to register it?

I agree the site is a mess. I had nothing but trouble getting even my display name registered. it would pass the check but then would be listed as already existing on pressing next. The one I am stuck with now was the only thing that would take.
I gave up trying to register my game because every time I entered the serial it would re ask for my login. And i would prefer it regged under my EA/usual account name instead of this one anyway.
