Trying to buy 1600 Bioware points and I I receive the error "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."

I also got that problem and i tried it over 15 times , eventually i have contacted ea game's technical support And it ended in purchasing points from " store.origin.com ", the only trouble is that it sells only at euros not dollars which is more expensive than dollars
