So why did Morrigan had to leave in the first place? (spoilers)

Having finished WH I now can't see the reason why Morrigan had to leave you when she got pregnant. Actually I think that is not a rational thing for her to do at all.
When she knows she'll get pregnant she'd want you to stick around.
Now, after WH, not only she endured the pregnancy all by herself but eventually she does take you back to face the future together?
Leaving would propably be acceptable if she had the baby with someone else. But if your warden was with her then where is the logic in that?
Also, I love bioware (and BG trilogy is for me the top game ever made, propably never to be surpassed) but all this DLC business has some flaws...
An example: I got a paysafecard to get WH because I simply wanted some closure with Morrigan and DAO. If you played the game a certain way (and that is to include Morrigan in it in a big way since for me she's the most interesting and very well defined character), you simply have to have WH.
Fine so far (sort of).

Then I got some cash left in my paysafecard and I say let's download something else.
My choice should logically be Leliana's song as this has got some very good reviews right?
But nope, I opted for Warden's keep. Why? Because I wanted the chest!!
A game the magnitude of DAO is unforgivable not to have a storing chest! (and I don't want nor should I have to need unofficial mods to fix this).

So my point is: DLCs are all good and fine... and I'm ok with that.

But please do not make INTEGRAL parts of the game as DLCs... That's bad.
I want to get a DLC to experience a nice adventure, further the plot, learn new things, immerge myself more in the game, not to compensate for integral parts of the original game which should have been included in it but are not.
That's all and again thanks for  a brilliant game and a great time. But this just had to be said.
I see the logic behind this approach and it's no way near a deal breaker for me and maybe I'm wrong in critisizing this. I really have enjoyed immensly the Bioware rpg games, they are the best, but I don't know... this policy striken me a bit badly.:wizard:
