This has happened to me twice. Every variety of health poultice just vanishes out of my inventory. I managed to go back to an earlier save the first time, but I didn't notice it early enough this second time.

Is there any way to get them back? And what the hell is causing this, 'cause it's getting really irritating.

Do you have a tactic to automatically use one at low health?

Only on Alistair when he's below 50 percent health, but he's been set to do that since I got him and this has only begun happening recently.

Theres a quest to turn in 10 health poltices too. Did you perhaps turn that quest in without realizing it? I don't know how many your "all" is so that leaves some guessing to do here.

Sorry. Every variety of health poultice, that is every different kind, all completely gone out of my inventory. I have the Blackstone Irregular quest to give them 20 health poultices, but I didn't have near that many. Unless they take them piecemeal, but I was under the impression you need to have all 20 before they'll take them.

EDIT: And I'm not entirely sure I had that quest the first time it happened... but I wouldn't rule it out.

All good I forgot it was 20 of them. I was thinking of the 10 lyriums for the mages then. Oh well you knew what I meant.
